Quinn Real Estate WordPress Website is an Australian Real Estate website that showcases properties for sale and for rentals online. The on sale properties and the rental properties are taken from different data sources. The system is automatically syncing these listings, making sure that the data being shown in the website is updated. Admin page is created to manually compare the listings on the site and the listings from the data sources.

This website is now rebuilt due to some issues such as:

1. Slow loading time.
2. Presence of unnecessary images.
3. Unable to sync some of the real time data.
4. Outdated website.

The website was also not responsive – meaning, was not developed based on user’s screen size, platform and orientation.

Upon rebuilding the website, our team see to it that the website has minimal WordPress plugins now to minimize the future script conflicts and to make the page loading time fast. For the syncing script, our team created a customized plugin to meet the needs of 2 different data sources. Our team also made sure that there will be no unused listing images on the server for fewer storage consumption and for easier maintenance.

The website is running well for awhile now.
