This system is built for Department of Agriculture Region 10 personnel. This help them track the programs’ distribution statuses.

These programs are:

2. Corn
3. Cassava
4. High Value Crops (HVCDP)

The Department of Agriculture distributes seeds and equipments to farmers from the regional level down to the barangay level. In order to track down the beneficiaries and to document the distribution stages, this system was proposed.
